Add resource specific information in confirmation email

Hi Support

I want to send some Resource specific informaiton in the the confirmation email rather than service specific, i have 2 resources who wants to use gmeet rather than zoom and we dont want to send out emails manually, and want to make sure they get the link on their every booking when ever that particular resource is used. is this something possible?

Hi @srikanth_v, thanks for your post.

I hate to say it but there’s not a way of inserting resource specific information into the emails. Could you create two services - one for each resource? That way you can create specific instructions for each service which can be inserted into the emails.
