Constant error messages when students are trying to book classes and workshops. I’m not able to access anything and the system seems to think I have no upcoming appointments which is not true. I need to cancel a class that takes place in 90 minutes and can’t get into the booking system to access emails and to block the class from future bookings. This is really not fun and very very frustrating

We are also having this issue - we cannot access anything once logged on to the site ourselves, and our students are unable to book classes. Any progress on your end?
The same issues for our club!! I’ve emailed support twice in the last few weeks and have received no replies. Very poor customer service.
Looks like Smoothbook has been abandoned. No answer to emails, and almost impossible to book. Anyone using the paid model might have to think about it and make their own decisions. I’m looking for alternatives - has anyone on here found a suitable one?
