Applying payment/credit to a class booking

i had to move a client across to another class and cancel the one she was booked in for. i have moved her manually but its showing as No Payment - how do i apply the paid for session to this class?
im presuming that that will still be sitting on her account if its not off set against the right appointment.

Sorry for some reason I only just saw this.

I’m pretty sure the payment information is retained when you move an appointment but I will check on that.

For your records you can make a note on the appointment. I will look into a better way of doing this.
