Appointments showing 0

When you click on Customers, and search for a customer they show as having no appointments. However, if you click on their name to go into their record an appointment does show.

When a customer first reserves a timeslot (and before they complete their booking) an appointment is made with ‘tentative’ status (so that the timeslot cannot be overbooked while the customer is confirming their appointment). Tentative appointments are removed a couple of ways after a maximum of fifteen minutes. It’s possible that tentative appointments are showing in the customer interface, I will check on that. There’s no danger here: as I say tentative appointments will soon be deleted.
