Approving appointments


Does anyone know if there’s a way to approve someone’s appointment rather than them being able to automatically book?

You could make it clear in the service instructions, terms and conditions and confirmation email that the appointment is being confirmed tentatively - that it is subject to approval. Then you could delete unapproved appointments. But - sorry - there is not an automated way of doing this.
