Booking calendar not showing waitlist for some services

Hi, hope someone can help.

The waitlist option is ticked for the services we want to be shown. However, on the booking calendar, rather than showing dates or waitlist, for some of our services it comes up with an orange box and the message ‘sorry but there is no availability for this service’.

We haven’t come across this before and I’m not sure how to fix it?

I’m not aware of any issues on this but if you could email the details - which service / date / time - I will look into this more fully.
