Client not able to add payment details when purchasing class pass

Client tried multiple times to book for a class, selected to pay by buying a class pass is not able to add her payment details. I have the screenshot below.

In her words ‘I have been trying to book the Wednesday evening classes but when I go to make the payment, it does not show where I need to put in my card details. Has something changed’

Sorry that your client is experiencing this difficulty.

This part of the program - taking credit card details - is managed entirely by Stripe. I have not seen this before! Is this still happening? I really hate to be a pain but maybe your customer could try a different browser or their phone and see if that makes a difference?

FYI the credit card details portion has re-appeared for the client, so for now the problem is solved. Thanks Clair
