Clients having trouble booking in

Hi this week we have had more than a handful of clients having trouble booking in. They are being told classes are full but there is still plenty of room. Is anyone else experiencing this? How do i go about fixing this problem please ?

Sorry you’re having this issue. One of the settings on the scheduling page is to limit the number of times someone can book the same class / timeslot. So if the setting is that each person can only book once then they will receive this error if they try to book in more than one person - even if there is still availability for the class. If you think this is not what’s happening - that there’s still an error - please could you email me with your account email address at [email protected] so I can investigate.
