Clients not abe to access their accounts

I have had a few incidents recently where people have said their account doesn’t seem to be there and so they can’t book. I would have just thought it a human error until it happened to different people. I could access their account and was able to book them in and they are okay now. Just wondering if there has been some disruption on the system. We have also had cases where people have been unable to log into zoom with the details emailed to them and when we sent the emails they have said they were different details to the ones they originally got. It’ happening to whole classes. This could be zoom but if you don’t know of any problem we will just ride it through, I m sure it will resolve itself.
