Customer Deleting his/her personal data

Hi there,

Is there a way the customer is able to delete their personal data from the smoothbook application?
Or does it need to be the owner (me in this case) that deletes them from the system?

Trying to get my sale conditions in order and need to list this process in them (legally for France).

Hi Nicole,

At the moment only you can delete the customer’s account and information.

This is GDPR / legally compliant and less prone to error: when the customer’s account is deleted it is completely deleted.
