Customers email addresses

Hi James.

I have had a few clients try book using their credits they have paid for. Yet when they come to pay they aren’t given the option to use them and have to pay again. When I go into their account I can see all the available credits and so I then book them on.
It isn’t happening to every one. Do you know why this could be happening?
