Hi everyone I would like to know how to attach an online health/Covid waiver for customers to fill out before they are able to book and pay for classes ? Is there an option to do this ?
At the moment I have an online waiver I can send to customers via email but this is proving to be a lot of admin and time consuming . Not to mention having to chase people up to fill it out before attending class . Is there anyway I can integrate this With smoothbook ? Ideally something they fill out with their registration details before they can go on to pay ?
I added it into my Ts & Cs and they must click to say they have read it. They cant continue without that. I also added my PARQ questions onto the registration form.
I will add a COVId question to the PARQ questions.
