How do I cancel a class?

Hi everyone.
I am trying to cancel a class on future classes of that type. When i try do delete it it comes up with an error message. “Sorry there was an error with this request: This shift has future appointments associated with it on 2020-09-10”
I have gone into the calendar and updated as closed but not sure if this entry of classes will continue. And I still get the same error message.

If you have any bookings on that class for the future it wont allow you to cancel it. Also it will only notify you one by one so it’s best to check how far ahead you have bookings and cancel them (one week at a time). Then you should be able to remove the class. Hope I’ve explained that clearly. Get back if you need to. It is a bit laborious and dont forget the credit will not be added back into the customers account unless you do that manually too.
