Hi there, I have set everything up on the dashboard, but when I go in as a client to book a class I only see the package price plan show up in the cost section on the timetable. I think I may have missed something. How do my clients get the option to subscribe to a monthly pass on the timetable cost section? Or do they need to go to a different section to buy a membership? The membership has been linked to the services so I am a bit lost as to what to do.

Hi Claire,
No if you create a membership that applies to a service it should show as a payment option along with the class passes, etc.
Just one thing: on the cost modal: when you click the ‘cost’ button on the first page of the booking calendar, memberships are shown on a different page to the other options. There should be a link: ‘view membership options’ at the bottom.
Thanks James for getting back to me. Something is missing on mine. When I press cost on the timetable of the first page I only see the class pass, there are no other options or links. Also when I press the description I only see the photo but not any of the write up.
If I was a client booking I would choose a class, add person, click here to continue, agree to the terms, click here to continue and again it is only the class pass and no links or membership options.
I am unsure what I am meant to do to correct this.
