Hi
Im on the last step to hopefully get this working.
Now I have a list of people, who had classes left, when i had to close down i spring due to Corona. I would like to ad them into the system.
I have found where i can ad information about name and email “https://app.smoothbook.co/#/customers” one by one (and there you can also se how many appointment that person have booked), but i would also like to put in (and see) the credit/classes they still have left.
Also I would like to be able to have a list, and be able, to export that list, with name, email and credits left.
Any idea what to do?
Hi Carina,
I am sorry but currently there is no means to bulk import customers. What we’ve found in the past is that new users to Smoothbook are very used to registering with web services and it’s easy and quick for them to do so. You can also award packages through the customer interface as you say but you will need to update their credits individually.
You can export customers with their appointments by selecting ‘appointments’ -> ‘manage appointments’. I can arrange a bulk export to CSV if you need it - please contact me directly.
Thanks, James
Thankyou for the offering to export into CSV.
I still thou need to find out were and how I can see how much my clients have left on their credits.
“You can export customers with their appointments by selecting ‘appointments” I have tested to do that but it says nothing on how much credits they have left, is it possible to ad that to the list?
And, how can i do this “award packages through the customer interface as you say but you will need to update their credits individually.”
Thanks
Carina
You can do this by selecting ‘customers’ from the main menu and searching on the customer and selecting their name. Then scroll down to the ‘packages’ section and you’ll see a button ‘award package’ - you can click on that to award the customer any of your packages (you will need to have created them on the charging page). Once the customer has a package you can adjust their balance with the up and down arrows in the package list.
Hope that helps!
