Hi,

How do I add the ‘service instructions to clients’ which appears when they book to the confirmation email?

Hi @Amy_J,

You can do this by selecting ‘settings’ -> ‘emails’ from the main menu. If you look at the right hand side of the page you’ll see a list of codes that you can insert into your email. These codes will be replaced when the actual email goes out. The code for the service instructions is %i .
