Customers are experiencing long delays after selecting ‘click here to continue’ when attempting to book an appointment. This issue occurs on two separate booking systems we use for two separate sites.
Anyone else experiencing this / found a resolution?
Yup this has started happening to me too, this messageboard isn’t monitored anymore so you’ll be better off emailing support directly, I’ll be doing the same this week. New owner is called Matt and hopefully he’ll have some answers although other issues I’ve had with the system haven’t been resolved so I’m not holding my breath
