Membership problems repeating

There seems to be problems with the same person who I wrote to you about on 29th July. It all seemed to be resolved but now I see she has been able to sign on for classes that indicate there has been no payment made. She has membership and it is supposed to be taken automatically each month but apparently it has either not this month or is not registering. I will check the bank to see if it has been taken and also send y0u a screen shot of one of the pages indicating no payment.
