Membership wording

Is it possible to edit the membership wording as it seems quite misleading if you are offering 12 classes per month as a recurring package/membership and it says the following…

This membership gives you unlimited access to the following services:
  • Flow Reformer Pilates (Rebel HQ)
  • Fundamentals Reformer Pilates (Rebel HQ)

Has anyone found a way around this? Thank you in advance

Sorry I think there’s a slight UX issue on the charging settings page - I’ll look into that.

I think what’s happening is that you have set the membership to give unlimited access to the service as well as awarding the package. If you go the charging page and click ‘edit’ for the membership: where it says ‘Service(s) that this membership can be used to pay for’, you want to leave that blank (unselect all services) and then below, where it says ‘Package(s) that this membership can be used to pay for’, you want to specify the package(s) you want to award. I appreciate this is a little counter-intuitive.

That will update the wording that’s shown to your customers. Hope that makes sense, let me know if you have any other difficulty.
