This week my clients have randomly stopped being able to see my packages I have available and are only being given the option to buy a single class. To combat this I have credited the customer with the package and they have had to transfer the payment to my business bank account. However, even though the package is showing on the clients membership area they are still not being given the option to use the pass for payment?
Ok that should not be happening! The first thing to check is that you have not set an expiry on these packages: i.e. that they do not become unavailable to purchase. If you select ‘settings’ -> ‘charging’ from the main menu and click ‘edit’ on your packages, you will see a setting ‘package expires’. Please make sure that your packages have not expired.
