How do these users get access to the system to book classes?

Hi Susan,
Your booking calendar is really just a link to our servers: you can send people to it as you like. Most users link to the calendar from their website / embed it in a web page but you can also create ‘book now’ buttons on Facebook, send the link out in emails, etc.
For the various installation options please select ‘setup’ -> ‘integration’ from the main menu.
