I got this message this morning: I’ve tried everything to pay online with no success. Everything goes well until the end after I’ve entered the credit card information, then the ‘submit’ button doesn’t work. Neither does the ‘cancel’ button. So, I’ll e-transfer you
I asked the person to reboot their computer, try another device, use another credit card and nothing worked. She has been using the system successfully for a couple of years so it’s not like she doesn’t know how to make payments. I will send you her email address / so you might look into her account from your end.
