Payments not going through

Hi there,

We have two options that customers can pay for ‘Pay as you go’ classes and ‘Monthly Membership’
Our account is connected to Stripe however when customers try and book and pay through our calendar an orange strip comes up with the following messages

Sorry but an error occurred. Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘success’)
Sorry but an error occurred with this request: null is not an object (evaluating ‘response.alreadydeleted’)

What does any of this means and how can we fix this?

Hi, this issue is now sorted. In our membership we had offered classes which were not scheduled, taking them off the membership has now allowed for payments to go through.
