For some reason, despite having classes scheduled with bookings made, the classes aren’t showing in the upcoming classes list in the dashboard. Anyone else seen this problem?

Hi Andy,
Sorry you’re having this difficulty. Almost always this is caused by either the organisation / resource or service being scheduled off and / or the visibility rules of the calendar preventing the class from showing.
- Select ‘settings’ -> ‘days closed’ from the main menu and make sure the organisation is not closed on the days in question.
- Select ‘settings’ -> ‘resources and services’ from the main menu and click on the ‘days off’ link against your resources and services.
These two things will usually solve the problem! If not please check your visibility settings (how many days your calendar shows, how far in advance people can book, etc.) You can do that by selecting ‘settings’ -> ‘calendar settings’ from the main menu.

Thanks James. I’ve found a way around it actually. If I apply one of the filters and then take the filter back off again, the classes appear. But much appreciated for getting back to me. I think it’s amazing what you guys have built here. Andy
