Is there a way of changing/ planning a different schedule for a future date? as when the schedule is planned it seems that schedule is booked far in advance and when i try to add another class or workshop to the schedule it clashes with the previous schedule. Sorry if i am not making sense…

I just had this problem, the solution for me was to mark the normal service or resource of that day/days of to give way for a new service to be added. If you want to cancel completely you can delete it from that day. I think I read that you will still can see what have happened in the past.

Unless Its changed the only way to cancel classes completely will cancel all classes in the past as well
That´s a scary one, can you just for now book the service unavailable so you get past it and then wait for James to give a correct answer. (I don´t want to give you trouble if i remember wrong that he said the information of the past was still there)

@Reidin_O, if I understand correctly, probably the easiest would be to create a new service - and without a resource / not with the same resource? Then you can create schedules as you like.
