Setting up a email database

Hi

How do I invite people to sign up to mailchimp or how do I create a database from all of the email addresses from smoothbook that my customers have added?

Hi @Sharon_W,

Getting set up with Mailchimp is easy. You’ll need an account with them and to create your first mailing list. Then log into Smoothbook, select ‘settings’ -> ‘APIs’ from the main menu, and follow the instructions to connect Smoothbook with your mailing list. When you’ve done this your customers will be automatically prompted when they register to sign up for your newsletter.

There’s not currently a way of just exporting all of your email addresses in one step from Smoothbook. You could export appointments to CSV and do it that way. Or, drop me an email at [email protected] and I can create a list for you.
