Is there a way to take a whole week (or other block of time) off – without having to create individual days off for for each individual class?
You can block out time off for resources or for the whole organisation. So if only Jane is taking time off, you can block out her dates on her calendar Settings>Resources and Services>Your resources>Days Off or, if the whole organisation is closed Settings>Days closed.
