I have ‘undefined’ appearing in the top right corner of my customer emails. I can’t see any empty formatting in my email template. Is there a way to remove this?
Hi Jess,
Because this is a zoom meeting, the system is attempting to insert the zoom instructions and failing. You can see and edit the zoom instructions by selecting ‘settings’ -> ‘emails’ from the main menu, they are in a panel on the right.
This should not be happening, I’ll investigate this. In the meantime you should be able to fix this by placing ‘%z’ on the email template where you would like the instructions to appear.
