Waitlist emails being sent to junk


A few of my members are having problems with regards to emails going to their spam/junk folder.

They have marked as ‘not spam’ and added to contacts but it still goes to their junk folder.

Does anyone have any advice please?

Sorry but there’s very little we can do about that on our side: it’s really up to people’s email clients how they filter incoming messages.

Is there any chance the waitlist email template can be changed?
A few of our members see the subject of the waitlist email and they think they have guaranteed a spot in the class, I’d prefer it if it mentioned clearly they need to book this themselves?
