You may recently have received an email from Zoom to the effect that all Zoom meetings will soon (early July) require a password for entry. The practical effect of this is that anyone without a password for your Zoom meeting will be placed in a ‘waiting room’ and need to be approved by you before joining. So this is a good thing and everything will continue to work for you - just with this extra step.
From a Smoothbook point of view I’ll make some updates so that (configurably) the system will manage passwords for Zoom meetings for you. This will hopefully be available sometime next week.
