You may have seen labels and tooltips in Smoothbook relating to Zoom - something that many people have asked about. Here is an update!
In short: we’re waiting for approval for the integration from Zoom which hopefully should come this week ending 31st May.
The technical work for the Zoom integration has been complete for a couple of weeks now but Zoom have quite a rigorous and lengthy approval process which is where things currently stand - waiting for approval. This is not a criticism of Zoom - there are good reasons for doing things the way that they do.
Zoom require that their testing take place in a production / live environment which is why there are some labels relating to Zoom that are visible in the Smoothbook app. However the integration won’t work until the approval from Zoom so I had to hide most of the implementation from everyone except the Zoom test user.
