Zoom integration

This may be a Zoom issue rather than a Smoothbook one, but the zoom links created by the system are all the same? Surely they should be different for each service. It’s using my personal meeting ID and I can’t find a way to change it. In my Zoom settings new scheduled meetings use a generated link, but even if I change it In Zoom once the session is scheduled it goes back to the original ID

Answered my own question!!!

You have to change the settings in the zoom account from the browser - you can’t do it from the mobile app or the desktop. Now it generates a new link for each session, rather than each service, but that’s better than having the same one for everything.

Yes: a new link is created the first time someone books a timeslot and then that link is shared by everyone else who joins.

I got a bit confused by that for a while too shirley but zoom is another new thing to learn and there seems to be so many right now :grinning:
